Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to LuxeNook. We value our customers and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Due to the nature of dropshipping and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size/color selected by the customer
  • Minor color variations caused by photography or screen display

2. Return Process

To request a return, please email us at luxenooksupport@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Description of the issue

Our support team will review your request within 2–4 business days.

3. Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide valid bank account or UPI details for refunds.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer.
  • The return request is made after the allowed timeframe.
  • Incorrect shipping address or failed delivery due to customer unavailability.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Customers may need to bear return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
