Welcome to LuxeNook. We value our customers and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Due to the nature of dropshipping and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size/color selected by the customer
- Minor color variations caused by photography or screen display
2. Return Process
To request a return, please email us at luxenooksupport@gmail.com with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Description of the issue
Our support team will review your request within 2–4 business days.
3. Refund Policy
Once your return request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide valid bank account or UPI details for refunds.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The product has been used or damaged by the customer.
- The return request is made after the allowed timeframe.
- Incorrect shipping address or failed delivery due to customer unavailability.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
6. Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Customers may need to bear return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
